Amy Morin is a psychotherapist, host of the Mentally Strong People podcast, and an international bestselling author.

Her books, "13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do," "13 Things Mentally Strong Parents Don't Do," and "13 Things Mentally Strong Women Don't Do” and translated into more than 40 languages. She's also a lecturer at Northeastern University. 

Amy's articles on mental strength attract over two million readers every month. Her TEDx talk, "The Secret of Becoming Mentally Strong," quickly became one of the top 15 talks of all time with over 14 million views. A sought after speaker, she travels the world speaking to audiences about mental strength.
